Bad Weather Policy
Pride attempts to service its customers at all times. If the weather creates unsafe working conditions, then our policy is to attempt to safely reach as many customers as we can.
If we can not reach all of our customers, then we try to finish on the following day and stay on schedule for the rest of the week.

| If the weather doesn't allow us to stay on schedule for the week,then we will move all of the customers' pickup days one day later, for the duration of the week.
If the weather is so bad that we fall more than one day behind, we will then allow those customers that do not receive service to put twice the amount of garbage and recycling on the next regular pick up for no additional charge. Extra garbage should be contained in plastic bags and placed next to your garbage tote.

| In the event that the weather affects your pick up schedule, we will always try to keep you as up to date as possible. We will put information up here, on our website, and will update our outgoing phone message to reflect the most recent changes.
We always strive for the best service possible--balanced with providing the greatest amount of safety for our employees.
