To set up Commercial Service please call our office at (503) 625-6177. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. We offer a wide variety of sizes for your garbage needs. Our containers range in size from a 1-yard container to an 8-yard container (pictured below). Garbage service can also be provided in totes. The totes range in size from a 20-gallon tote to a 90-gallon tote. (90-gallon tote and 60-gallon tote pictured). The size of your receptacle is based on the quantity of trash produced by your company. If there is additional garbage that does not fit within your container or tote, there may be extra charges applied to your account. Extra garbage / overloaded is defined as: 1) Lids on the garbage container or tote not being completely closed due to overloading or 2) Bags on the ground around the receptacle. In order to help keep your disposal area clean, the drivers are instructed to pick up manageable extras that are around the receptacle. If you do not want the driver to take extras without a request from you first, please ask to have the account set up that way. Co-Mingle Recycling Opportunities Recycling is provided as a co-mingle program. All of the following items can be placed together in one of our co-mingle recycling receptacles: Flattened Cardboard Scrap Paper, Shredded Paper Newspaper, Phone Books, Magazines Plastic Bottles (if the neck is smaller than the base) Tin/Aluminum Cans The following is a list of items that are NOT accepted in the co-mingle recycling receptacles. If any of these items are in the recycling receptacles, the recycling will be marked as contaminated and will not be picked up. (Please note that this is a list of common mistakes but does not include all non-acceptable items). Styrofoam / Packing Peanuts (should be bagged and placed in your garbage) Plastic Bags (do not bag recyclables) Bubble wrap / Shrink wrap Glass Tissue Paper / Paper Towels Food contaminated items (such as pizza boxes) Blueprints, computer disks, photographs Garbage Recycling service can be provided with a container (4 yard pictured). It can also be provided in 60-gallon or 90-gallon totes (60 gallon pictured) Other Recycling Opportunities Clean Wood and Scrap Metal recycling are also available to our commercial customers. We can provide 4-yard containers for those services. We can also provide glass bottle and jar recycling tailored to your needs. Yard Debris service is also available. It is provided in a 60-gallon cart. Yard Debris is classified as leaves, weeds, grass clippings, and branches and prunings no greater than 4" diameter and 36" long. Other Important Information On Call Service: If any portion of your service is on call, the pick up request must be received by 12:00 noon the day before your service day or it will be scheduled for the following week. Service Changes: If you wish to make any changes to your service, please let us know at least one week prior to the change. Drop Boxes: Drop boxes are available for temporary or permanent use. Storage Boxes: Storage Boxes are also available.
